PRIVATE YOGA AND PILATES SESSIONS
Kristina has worked with a wide range of clients as a Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Therapist. She discovered Yoga attending a class with her Grandmother at the age of 16 and has been hooked since.
Originally from New Zealand, her training began at Qi Yoga, Sydney where she embarked on a journey of self-transformation during their 1 year, 420 hr Hatha Yoga teacher training.
She has furthered her studies with over 1000 hours of training in Yoga Therapy, Yin, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal, Tantra and Yogic Philosophy and is finishing a degree in Psychology, which she uses to enhance her Yoga Teaching.
She encourages her students to slow down, breath and listen to the wisdom of their bodies.
Her style includes Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Meditation. Classes with Kristina focus on centering and soothing the mind, developing strength, balance and grace in a gentle manner with the power of affirmation and intention.
