At + space our aim is to bring together exceptional practitioners and create a trusted location for anyone to improve their health and well being. To facilitate this, we have designed a co-working space for independent practitioners to bring their expertise and clients together in a beautiful professional space.
All bookings require a meet and greet on site. We like to get to know you, to ensure we're supporting professional, inspired and talented practitioners whose visions align with our own. This way people will associate +space with exceptional quality services and experiences: A place that will always help people be the best they can be.

Studio Space
Indoor matted gym space ideal for private sessions, group classes, workshops and events.
Includes yoga blocks - rings - stall bars - battle rope – select weights + implements - high quality sound system with input and wireless - projector and screen – wifi - air conditioning - natural lighting.
1 hour hire (shared space) - $25
1 hour hire - $50
Full Day Hire - $300
Consultation Space
Comfortable + professional consultation room ideal for 1:1 sessions.
This space would be best suited to a Psychologist, Nutritionist, Therapist, Counsellor or Naturopath.
Includes a consulting desk – 2 person couch – wifi – ceiling fan & ambient lighting.
1 hour hire - $20
1/2 day hire (4 hours) - $60
Full day hire - $120
Treatment Space
Comfortable and professional treatment room with massage table and basin.
This space would be best suited to a massage therapist, acupuncturist, manual therapist, beauty therapist or kinesiologist.
Includes a treatment table - basin (hot & cold water) - storage space – speakers – wifi – ambient lighting. (please note massage therapists are required to provide their own towels + oils)
1 hour hire - $20
1/2 day hire (4 hours) - $60

Large Treatment/ Consultation Space
2 large treatment/ consultation rooms available.
Comfortable + professional treatment space with consultation space.
This space would be best suited to a physio, chiropractor or any mixed modality practitioner.
Includes a Treatment table - basin (hot & cold water) - consulting desk – wifi – air conditioning.
